Facebook Timeline
If you have not noticed it yet, Facebook has fully implemented its Timeline for all users. This is yet another Facebook change that is going to impact the way we all use Facebook from now on.
So, what is a Facebook Timeline?
A Timeline is a new feature that basically is replacing the current “Profile” Page as we know it. What is does is align in a vertical fashion, all your Facebook activities – as stored by Facebook – over the course of your Facebook account.
In a nutshell, the Facebook Timeline is sort of a blog and organized history of your Facebook activities that are posted on the Facebook system.
The new timeline shows your status updates as well as the various data, images, job history, etc. that are in your profile – all organized in an orderly fashion.
But, the best thing about the Timeline, is the new “cover” or theme, that you can create right on the top of the page that covers the width of your actual Facebook view.
(Facebook timeline is not yet available for Fanpages or Business Pages).
Keep in mind that Facebook clearly states that the images on your “timeline” must clearly describe not only “WHO” you are and what you do – but not images that are used for commercial means.

For those wondering about Privacy concerns, the same privacy and view options that are currently in place for most user’s accounts – stay the same. In other words, you can put limitations on who sees the entries in your timeline.
In summary, it is highly suggested that you be prepared to create your own Timeline for your Facebook account. You will have 7 days to play around with the new timeline before it is actually published for all to see.
